The Never Ending TBR

Okay, so I bought more books. I know... shocker, right?

So I went into Barnes to "look around" as one does, and we left with 6 books. Donavon did get 1 book so technically they weren't all for me. I also happened to have gotten a couple more leading my total of books added to the TBR to be 9. I did upload a TikTok with a book haul but if you don't follow me on there (which you should) (it's @sorryimbooked.em). Then I got FOMO and ended up ordering another book (I'm literally just a girl) Here's what I got:

Okay so I've been on the hunt for a book that gives me the absolute creeps, like I'm talking where I want to sleep with the lights on and feel spooked. This book looked semi-promising. It's a collection of short stories tied together by cursed wood and explores the themes of grief and lonliness. Hopefully it's an easy read that is creepy.

This is such a pretty book! Keep in mind it's a reverse harem and full of smut but the outside looks so pretty and the sprayed edges are my favorite. 1 girl, 4 rough motorcycle men? SIGN ME UP. I love a good why choose. Thankfully it's on KU so I can read it without messing up the pretty book

This seems like a cutesy read about a one-night stand that leads to an accidental pregnancy. That's honestly all I know about this book, but I kept seeing it on my TikTok, so naturally, I was influenced to get it.

Another spooky looking read. Apparently it's a ghost story type book and I know Riley Sager is good at bringing the spooks so I'm excited. Plus one of my best friends says it's good so naturally it's getting put towards the top of my list.

This seems like an easy romantasy read. One of my favorite booktubers said this is a fun read that flows and is easy to get through so I am going to definitely to save this for when I feel myself slipping into a book slump.

Not even going to lie to you, I bought this strictly off of the cover then looked it up after I placed the order. I've heard nothing but good things about this book and since it's written by the same author who wrote Magnolia Parks (also on my TBR) which has great reviews also, I know this will be an enjoyable read.

"Say you'll remember me, standing in a nice dress staring at the sunset, babe" Literally what plays in my head every time I look at this book which apparently is based off of Taylor Swift's song Wildest Dreams. The inside covers of this book are so pretty and I can't wait to finally read a book my Abby Jimenez

Bridgterton meets ACOTAR. With that kind of combination, it was an instant add to cart. My friends and I are planning on reading this come next month and I can't wait to dip my toes into the fantasy/romantasy world.

Honorable mention for Donavon's book he got. All I know is it's about a female Hercules but it sounds interesting.

I got fomo and regretted not buying this one in Barnes so naturally I opened my Amazon app and ordered it. As you know, I'm a sucker for sprayed edges and a cute romance so I will be reading this one immediately.

Okay friends, if you've made it this far thank you for reading about my new additions and why I picked them. I can't wait to share my thoughts on them once I get the chance to sit down and read everything.

Stay tuned for book reviews! Also remember you can follow me on Goodreads for my reviews on there as well!
